This cemetery is located at Mactaquac, NB (Route #105) in behind the Mactaquac Baptist Church. It is the combination of a few old cemeteries that were moved due to the building of the Mactaquac Dam in the late 1960's. It was the choice of the families and churches involved whether or not the remains were re-interred or just the stones moved.
The old cemeteries involved in the move were: McNally Family, Cliff Family, Lower Line Queensbury, Bear Island Community Union, Bear Island - Ingraham, Long's Creek, Burden Smith, Myshrall Farm, and The Old Mactaquac.
