Ella May learned the tailor trade and so was a very good seamstress.
She had been in very poor health for several years prior to 1934. Her daughter, Lila who was a Registered Nurse, living in Boston MA had taken her mother there. Later, Ella was hospitalized and died at Boston on the 27th of June 1934. The remains were taken to Lower Woodstock for funeral services and burial at the Kirk Cemetery at Northampton NB.
